UNITE TO REACH OUT TO THE NON-PRIVILEGED IN AFRICA

IMPROVE FARMING METHODS IN NIGERIA
The main goal of this project is to propose solutions to boost farm production and productivity in rural areas.
Serious food shortages persist in many parts of the world. Although more food is being produced worldwide than ever before, around 800 million people are still chronically malnourished. When agriculture falters, income sources are lost, social ties are disrupted and as a result, societies become more mobile.
Farmers in rural areas in Nigeria face challenges that inhibit the introduction of new farming methods and technologies. These challenges can be severe and leave small farmers in a poverty trap from which they struggle to escape, even when the technology exists to allow them to increase output.
CONFERENCES AND SEMINARS 2015-2018 IN THE NETHERLANDS: CAMPAIGN AGAINST WOMEN TRAFFICKING
Plans are in the works to hold conferences in The Hague, Amsterdam, and Rotterdam. The focus of these conferences will be to eradicate trafficking of women from Africa to Europe for sexual exploitation, and raising awareness of human trafficking, its prevalence and nature, and preventive measures which can be taken to break the cycle.
FUTURE PROJECTS
SECURITY IN RURAL AREAS
Establishment of safety in rural areas is critical since development will not occur in conditions of insecurity and violence.
This project aims to promote crime prevention by encouraging rural populations to create Neighborhood Crime Watch Teams.
Neighborhood Watch is a voluntary program organized by concerned citizens to reduce crime in their communities. Working with local law enforcement agencies, citizens can learn when and how to report suspicious activities, assist in property identification, conduct home security surveys, and implement home security measures and precautions.
