Poultry project

The Poultry project, based in Imo state, Nigeria, was divided into three phases:

Phase I

Identification and organization of low-income women in six villages and adjoining areas in order to prepare group for project start-up.

Phase II

Construction of the shed and fence begins, followed by digging bore holes for water supply and reclamation.

Phase III

The final phase included completion of construction and training on how to efficiently manage and sustain the project.
